seeking apprenticeship
«

I am looking for a shop in southwest Florida(Bradenton area)in need of an apprentice.I have about 1 year experience part time.It was a 2 man shop,The upholster and I with more work than we could handle. So the amount of time he had to teach me was limited.Unfortunately do to health reasons he had to close his shop.I was doing cornice's,some of the easier chairs and outside backs and arms of sofa's and loveseats. Also being that busy I didn't get to do much sewing.I also have woodworkig and finishing experiencetoo.I know things are slow and there may not be any opportunities available.I am willing to relocate.I know Jack had posted a list of schools on here some are no longer available.I have surfed the web looking and have found a couple,if anyone has one that they would reccomend I would appreciate any information you could give me.Good luck to all and thanks
