Buck's cutting table

This is the back side of the bench. Currently the shelf has pulled away and dropped onto the can at the left side. Too much weight split the wood that held up the end. "Gonna have to fix that one of these days..." as Pa Kettle would say. Gotta sort thru that stack of catalogs too.

great storage under that table, Buck! Is the table top just resting on the cabinet, or is it fastened somehow?
